CIPCO supports continued growth and economic development initiatives throughout the state of Iowa. CIPCO has formed partnerships with a network of companies that can assist prospective power customers in property locations, financing, and incentive pricing. CIPCO and its member systems participate in economic development activities within our member service territories to increase sales, stabilize costs and create new employment opportunities.

CIPCO offers a variety of programs to encourage commercial and industrial development including: support for community economic development organizations; assistance with construction of spec buildings; assistance with feasibility studies; and assistance with industrial park developments.
